place on the mat for you.
We recommend hydrating with plenty of water before class and have a light snack.
Sign the waiver. If you’re under 18, you need one signed by a parent or guardian.
We have a Gi for you to use. We recommend coming in your standard workout clothes.
Let your instructor know if you have any injuries beforehand. Follow the instructors lead.
